Hand Film
Strap and Wrap hand stretch film comes in three basic forms; Sumo, Super 10 and Pre-stretch
Sumo Wrap is cast film and is our standard hand grade stretch film for use in day to day pallet wrapping applications.
Super 10 premium hand grade stretch film has been designed thinner than conventional cast stretch film with the performance of pre-stretched film. Each roll of Super 10 stretch film offers substantial costs savings on film consumption and reduction in effort to wrap pallets
Strap and Wrap Pre-stretch stretch film is an upgrade from conventional pre-stretched technologies. The patented manufacturing process involves hemmed edges for drop resistance. Strap and Wrap Pre-stretch film is stretched close to its ultimate break point prior to being wound onto rolls for final use. This means the film doesn’t require as much stretching energy as a standard stretch film to achieve the same wrapping force.
Machine Film
Strap and Wrap machine grade stretch film comes in three basic forms; Super 10, Sumo and RT 300.
Super 10 machine grade stretch film has been designed thinner than conventional cast stretch film with the performance of pre-stretched film. Super 10 machine grade film is designed for application through low end pallet wrapping machines with out pre-stretch capability. Each roll of Super 10 stretch film offers substantial costs savings on film consumption and reduction in effort to wrap pallets
SUMO machine grade stretch is a general purpose Cast LLDPE film for use through semi automatic and automatic machines with pre-stretch ratios of up to 250%. SUMO machine stretch is available in 17, 20, 23, 25 and 30 micron and with UV protection.
RT 300 is Cast LLDPE film for use through high speed equipment with very high pre-stretch ratios of up to 300%. RT 300 offers substantial cost savings through its uncompromising quality, guaranteeing lower consumption of film while ensuring exceptional load integrity. RT 300 is available in 15, 17 and 20 micron.
