Polypropylene and polyester are the two basic types of plastic strapping available.  Strap and Wrap offers both types in a range of gauges and qualities for use through both hand tools and high production power strapping machines.

Polypropylene

Polyproylene is a low cost, low strength strap typically applied to cartons (e.g. meat, fish, corrugated cardboard).  Polypropylene is available in widths of 6, 9, 12, 16 and 19mm, as well as a selection of gauges and finishes to match your specific application requirements.

Polyester

Polyester is a high strength plastic strap typically applied, by pneumatic hand tools and powered strapping machines, to expanding and shrinking loads (e.g. bricks, treated timber, corrugated industry and recycling).  Polyester is available in widths of 9, 12, 16 and 19mm, as well as a selection of gauges and finishes to match your specific application.
