Quality is the key to long and effective performance. Strap and Wrap only supply steel strapping produced under strict quality control. We offer two types of steel strapping; Apex Plus and Magnus.

Apex Plus

Apex Plus is a cold rolled, medium carbon steel strapping engineered to yield a higher breaking strength at a thinner gauge than regular duty steel strapping.

Apex Plus is available in widths of 13, 16 and 19mm, as well as a selection of gauges and finishes to suit the specific requirements of your application.

Magnus

Magnus is a cold-rolled, heat treated, medium carbon steel strapping that has a high tensile strength and excellent shock resistance for the heaviest applications. Magnus is available in widths of 16, 19 and 32mm as well as a selection of gauges and finishes to suit your specific application requirements.

Bale Locks

Bale locks are ‘cut to length’ pieces of steel strapping that have a joining mechanism cut into each end. They are very effective in compressible packs such as cotton, wool, industrial waste etc. Bale locks are available in Apex or Magnus strapping and can be cut to any length. No tensioning is needed as the packs expand into the bale locks when compression is released.
